    Hello SH,

One of the guys on my unit is having a problem with their HK 91. The bolt is having a hard time extracting the casing and it looks like the cases are getting damages at the mouth. Sometimes the bolt will get stuck with live round in the chamber.
    Has anyone experience this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: HK 91 Ejection problem

Could be an ammo problem. Is he shooting CAVIM .308 by chance? If so, it uses a tar type sealant that gets in to the chamber fluted and causes issues. If firing several rounds, and a round is left in the chamber long enough for the barrel to cool, the tar sets up and glues the case in and is a pain to get out.
