Well...unfortunately, its custom or nothing in this instance!

HK never produced the USP Match Weights for anything other than the USPf (full-size) models and they will not work on the USPc models.

I would usually suggest that you try to find a full-size weight and try to modify it, but seeing as how they are now selling for $400+ and it may or may not ever work even with mods, then you are stuck with the custom route.

Out of pure curiosity, why do you want a Match weight on a compact pistol?

Re: HK USP Counterweights

You might head over to the HKPro forums and see if you have any luck finding any threads where folks have tried what you are thinking about and if there are any "How to" or similar guidelines.

Good luck!

Re: HK USP Counterweights

Here is a thread you need to review on HKPro if you have not done so already and likely, to get in touch with the OP in the thread for the contact info of his machinist friend in OH...it is possible you can get this done:

Also, be advised that running your standard 3.58" barrel with any weight like the OEM HK weight attached via the mounting grooves in the frame and extending out under the muzzle could cause damage to your pistol frame. You would also need to contact Jarvis/Bar-sto/etc. about getting an "extended" length barrel that extends out to the end of the weight. Same concept with the USPf when using the Match weights.
