    Some where in the US
Anyone ever deal with these people? I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling right now. I received a package that I didn't order. I have called and emailed with no response. I would like to get my order, but if I don't get a response I am going to cancel it and if that doesn't work call the CC company. Any info on HKparts.net would be appreciated, are they good or bad company to deal with?

They've been around for a long time and generally have HK stuff you want when it's out of stock everywhere else (but at a higher price).
I've never had any problems with them, but never called their customer service either.

Have ordered a couple times from them and never had any issues but I've never needed to contact them.

I've ordered plenty of magazines from them. No one answered when I called and never got a shipping notice but stuff always arrived as described and expected

I've bought from them several times. No issues thus far, but people on the HK forum are suspect of them - I guess the owner may be in some sort of trouble, and they're notorious for having credit card info stolen. Sucks because they usually have the hard to find parts. Good luck!

CC info security problems? That’s a deal breaker, if true. Have you experienced this personally?

I've always gotten what I've ordered, but sometimes it took WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too long to ship.

Customer service is also non existant. The few times I've emailed with specific technical questions, some chick (forgot her name but its on her email signature) emails me back and has basically zero fucking clue as to what I just asked. Emails have always taken 3-5 days to get a response.

Not personally, but google "hkparts security" and you'll see a doj article about the owner, and some other forums discussing card breaches.

Ah, well then. Thanks for the tip.

    Update:

Got a RMA for the wrong stuff and sent it back. Still waiting on the stuff I had second day FedEx. I asked and it was shipped with my other order USPS. So, I didn't get both orders and pay $55 for second day delivery. So, if there was a mix up in shipping someone got over $600 worth of UMP parts.

Hopefully, I will see my orders soon, but no eta on that right now.

Been around quite a while. Ordered from them throughout the years, never an issue so never needed to call.

Does anyone on this thread have a preferred source for HK parts? I had been planning on ordering from HKParts, and am now reconsidering.

I have ordered several times from hkparts and have yet to have an issue.
I have received exactly what I have ordered each time.
    In a timely fashion.
My CC info has never been stolen.

I have also ordered from hkspecialiststore a few times. Always gotten what I ordered.
Have received stuff I never ordered.
Had a really unpleasant exchange with him over a messed up order.
Another order took forever to arrive, with zero comms.

HK has their own web store, but seldom have anything in stock and pricing is “bring your own lube.”

Basically, owning anything HK is like living in Montana or on the Oregon Coast.
It’s awesome, but you’re going to have to work for every bit of it.

They used to be GTG, but now I file them away in the "scumbag" folder.

I used to deal with Adam directly on Sturmgewher 15+ years ago before they ever had a website, right up through until recently. No doubt have dropped the equivalent of the price of a new BMW buying parts for builds over the years...especially for 416's, 21E and MSG90 stuff.

The last few years (about the time Adam got in trouble the 2nd time with FFL stuff), things started to go sideways.

Their CS with some damaged HK factory parts was a long pain in the ass
I've seen several times where they have attempted to pass non-German HK stuff as German HK
Several listings with incorrect or misleading information
Their aftermarket parts for HKs are fucking garbage; go check out the number of threads of guys trying to get their HKParts aftermarket 416 kits to run.
Their comms fucking suck now. Took 27 days for them to ship in-stock item and did not respond to calls or emails in the process
Their pricing and shipping rates are a joke. If you do leg work and source from MGW, Numerich, Brownells, or a few others, you can always find what you're looking for for 20-50% cheaper. Check HK Specialist HKPRO for your harder to find stuff.
The last straw was their recent hack where if you ordered online, you were nearly guaranteed to be getting your CC info stolen. Had mine compromised during the 27 day shit show mentioned above. However, when questioned about it, they simply went dark for 2-3 weeks and came back with a fresh website.

Deal with at your own risk

Ordered from them years ago... well before the Fed. convictions of the owner. No memorable issues.

But the new owner of the webpage ( ? ) does not instill confidence in me.

FWIW... I have had CC fraud on my cards...

I finally found a deeply entrench bug in my computer... various store bought Anti this and that didn't work at finding computer issues / bugs.

I run these 2 programs ... just to make sure your computer doesn't have those same deeply entrenched bugs.

If you aren't comfortable using these programs... don't do it. While They are simple enough to use, and the Microsoft one takes quite a bit of time, no one wants you to jack up your computer somehow.

The issues my computer had, I looked up after the 2 programs results.... both were known CC Fraud hacker POS.

I deleted what both programs said was "evil" and have had ZERO issues since with CC fraud.

Both are from reputable sources... Norton, and Microsoft. Both found different issues.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...otection/intelligence/safety-scanner-download good for a week, repeated use requires the newest version be downloaded every week.

https://support.norton.com/sp/static/external/tools/npe.html ....also needs to be downloaded weekly , for the most up to date scan.

How those evil programs got into my computer ? ... I don't think I will ever know... but it can be something as simple as clicking the "unsubscribe from these e-mails " link in your own e-mail. That link might not be what it claims to be....
Since a program pointed that out to me... any "unsubscibing" e-mails are sent to the spam section....rather then me possibly unwittingly downloading a bug.

FWIW... Those programs found nasty stuff on all the work computers as well.

Well hopefully I don’t get my CC info stolen, just ordered from them a couple weeks ago, mag exstension for hk45, exstended usp 40 c mags. And vp9 upgrades, charged me $19 for shipping when I asked for basic shipping for $8 and the charged me $8 shipping also on another order that I asked to be shipped together which was, so ughhhh. Parts are nice, he did contact me when I thought I ordered extended mags because his mag prices are through the roof though and removed them off my order and credited my account. Minus the extra $8 shipping and if my credit card info doesn’t get jacked I’m happy! Odd that he has so many problems since the actual HK shooting team deals with him a lot it seems since they use his parts from what I thought.

? The HK webstore is frequently out of stock on most parts, but when they have them you will not find them cheaper anywhere else. That is always the first place you should call if you're looking for parts for in production guns. HKparts marks up the parts they get from HK sometimes hundreds of percent.

Gordon has been really good to me over the years. back in the earl 2000s when the psg1/msg90/ G36 clones were all the rage, he was who you got your parts from. He got me the psg1 marked Hendsoldt 6x, psg1 trigger pack, and forearm back then.

I ordered two pistols from him Monday and they are both here Thursday. He still has inventory that not being price gouged. They did me very well.

Just so it’s clearer for everyone

Gordon Miller is HKspecialist.net...and is GTG

    HKparts is Adam Webber

    These are 2 separate outfits

Used to be a lot better CS. Given the current sh!t going on, I am not surprised with all the delay. Price is higher imho. I only order from Hk parts unless I can’t find it other place.

It depends on make/model on how you go about things. I didn't go to the same place for 416 stuff as I did roller-lock legacy stuff
I may be a middle-of-the road guy on precision stuff, but I have been DEEP in HK's. There are a few odd persons to know if you want to get into the really rare stuff.

RTG Parts - good used surplus prices for cheap, small parts

Midwest Gunworks - little known HK parts...mostly for current production guns. Sometimes the lowest prices but be sure to price check

Brownells - sometimes good prices on parts; just be sure to price check and read the fine print.

Numerich Gun Parts - Some of the best prices on OEM parts...if they are in stock. Just be sure to note the make/mfg as they sell aftermarket

HKSpecialist - not cheap but has (or had) a wider selection of obscure stuff

HKParts - May have parts not available else where. Buyer beware...as noted in an earlier post

HKpro - The hive of HK collectors and has a busy marketplace. Probably the best place for parts in terms of price and selection but it's a forum....

Heckler & Koch USA webshop - when they run their holiday deals, you can find some bargains and actually a few things cheaper than the above.

Gunbroker.com - sometimes good things pop up; typical gunbroker problems. There are some big players that regularly post on GB

HKHaus - new firm that just popped up on my radar; one to keep an eye on

German Gunworks - Euro outfit that will see to US; they don't seem to be very active anymore, but were once the only place to get some G28 stuff

Gatewood Supply - Have unique stuff from time to time. Ask HKParts pricing for used stuff...terrible pricing on most things

Arms Unlimited - importing odd things like MR223's and PSG-1s and have oddball stuff....wonky stuff goes on with their live inventory and pricing

RKS USA - Never used them but they seem to have HK factory stuff as well...416/417 stuff mostly. Some fair prices from what I've seen.

Hurricane Butterfly - importer; stupid high prices

Dakota Tactical - MP5 parts; fair pricing

Tommy Built Tactical - for G36 polymer stuff

Arms unlimited has the kci gen 3 mags for $30 when you buy 4 and they are in stock. No tax or shipping.

I like them as much as pof and zenith mags.

I ordered from there two years ago. No issues other than above average prices, but they had hard to find parts.
