I try to be informed about how our government works or probably better language would be is supposed to work and I cannot understand or been able to educate myself as to how an appointed (Hired) person can have the power to change legislation. The telling part is that they all seem to be scared to publicly talk about removing that person and how horrible that person is? I reached out to a friend who is in a similar position in state government and they told me that person sees all the dirty little secrets and them and their staff fix most of these issues before they are made public. Now it all makes since, if anyone else has better explanation please educate us.
