How burning rate for .338 Lapua Magnum when comparing between H1000 VS Retumbo

I believe that Retumbo has a little slower burn rate than H1000. I don't fully understand what you are asking. If your asking which powder is best between the two for .338 Lapua, there are a few threads that should answer your question. I however only load for .300 Win mag and can't answer which powder would be the best choice.
