Rifle Scopes home made zero stop

Re: home made zero stop

Ya I remember reading it but it has been over a year so you might have to search way back if you can get it. Seems like they were using plastic bushings or something similar that they made to the thickness needed. I know some were concerned it could get hard on the turrets if it had too much pressure when dialed down to zero but thats about all I remember. I have thought about something like a rubber O-ring if you could find one close enough in size and thickness.

You used to be able to call leupold and they would send you a package of plastic washers of different colors. Since they don't have the patent they don't publicly say anything about it. I would give them a try though
