Hunting & Fishing Hoping to make this the year I get back onto the woods...

Picked up a 2012 Mathews Heli M last night. I haven't bow hunted with any regularity since 1996 and I've missed it. When I left Ft Hood and moved home there were no opportunities since I don't have any family with land. I've had a couple of opportunities offered up recently for turkey this spring and whitetail this fall so I thought I'd get a bow and start brushing up.

After doing some reading I know there are quite a few who aren't impressed with the Mathews stuff but it'll work to get me back into the woods so I'm happy.

Nice! I shot my buck this year with a crossbow but I have since bought a compound bow, hoping to get one with it this year! Good luck!
