Hornady 120eld and 130eld load help

I just traded for some 120 and 130elds for my 6.5cm. I want to test these out as an alternative to going 6creed with my next build and see what speeds I can push these. I currently reload and have pushed some berger 130 hybrids into the 2900’s with good results.

I have varget. Rl16 (used this with berger 130 and H4350.

I have a new Rock Creek 6.5cm and was trying to trade for a 6mm barrel but heard @Lowlight mention just with the lighter 6.5 bullets as an alternative of going 6mm. So I figured I would try this route while my HH barrel still has life before deciding what to do with my Rock Creek blank.

What’s everyone else running? Performance?

130 Berger hybrids over 42.5 of H4350, starline brass and cci br primers is getting me 2800 at the muzzle. 1/4”-1/2” groups at 100. I would image you could get the same results with 130elds and rl16 or h4350.

I pushed the berger 130 hybrids at 2920 with 44g of RL16. Looking to push the 130 elds 3000 and the 120’s at least that.

The berger 105 hybrid has really good bc for a light bullet. I am really tempted to do a 6 creed when I rebarrel. Will see how these 130 and 120’s do.
