Hornady autocharge won't power up

My Autocharge is just a couple months old. Went to power it up and it won't turn on. If I hold the on/off button down the screen will light up but goes out as soon as I let go. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I contacted Hornady and they are sending out a UPS label for warranty work but they are at least two weeks behind. I have a match next weekend and just wondering if there is a simple fix.

Hopefully someone chimes in with a simple answer. With that being said I never turn mine off and never had an issue of any kind.

Just throwing out ideas:
Tried a different out let?
You sure you have the right power cord?
Maybe the power cord is faulty and you could possible fine a compatible one ?

Requires no batteries and will work during a power outage, or when your $250. equipment goes tits up and you have a match....

Thanks, I already have both of those and have plenty of experience throwing powder and trickling up.
I was just hoping to avoid that.
