700 147 eldx is 213.88 shipped, discounts bring it to 184.93. 184.93/213.88=.86 so 14% savings. Not bad but thats about what you can usually get them at. I dont see 35% on anything. 35% off your purchase would equal 139.

He probably meant 700 ELD-m's @$209.93. Deduct $25 with a free ship and you are at $0.264/per.
