Gunsmithing Hornady Loading 4th Edition @ gun show, worth $10?

Hey guys, i was at the Reading, PA gun show today and noticed they had a Hornady Reloading Book, 4th Edition (printed 1911) as well as Volume II (ballistics charts) for $10. I picked it up anyway but i just wanted to ask; aret he tables/reloading data too out of date or are they pretty standard?? Should i not base loads on these charts or will i be okay?

guns have only gotten stronger since its printing. im sure the loads hold true. i imagine they are a bit hotter since modern manuals have to have lawyer proofing since there are some folks that start at max+10%
