Do I have a shit lot of Hornady 225 ELD-M's or is their quality control just terrible? I bought 500 of these...not impressed with the initial look over.
Every 2nd or 3rd bullet has pretty nasty dings and dents in the ogive, bearing surfaces seem smooth at least. But missing multiple tips from a 100 box, etc. etc.
I only have bergers 215s to compare with, but that was not the case with bergers.
What gives? Or is that what I get for buying the cheaper bullet?
Biggest question is...for load dev, do I chalk the flyers up to those imperfections, or just my bad shooting?
