Horniday 165 with Varget ??

[High Binder]

Does anybody happen to have a decent start point for this?? My book doesn't list Varget as an option for this bullet but most of the other bullets that do list both 4064 and Varget seem to right on par wit each other so is it a safe assumption that I could just match the 4064 numbers and work my way up?
