When calling DTA about cans I left 2 messages to ask some specific questions and never got a return call. So I went in a different direction.

I have always had good luck with Desert tech as far as customer service goes. I have been given several people personal cell numbers when they were out of the office. Emails and phone calls have always been returned in a timely manor. I would call

I had a conversation with Zak at 1 am via email about the free re-core of a 338 suppressor I bought nearly a year before they offered the ultra series cans. That’s customer service. I’ve also sent email after email to DT without a single f’ing response about a stupid expensive rifle I bought with their name on it. The MDR debacle and the appreciation for my business gave me all the info I needed about their products.
