How do you like your sling configured?

I've been thinking about picking up some flush cups and I'm wondering where you guys like your sling to attach. I'm thinking of putting a cup in the non bolt side of the rear and under the forend in front.

I'm trying to get my rifle configured in a fashion that works well for both carry (across the back or front) and sling supported shooting using a TAB style sling. I'm going to be shooting a comp that will probably require secondary transitions.

How are your slings set up?

Most people do cups on the left side forend and butt (non bolt side). Some will do them on the right as well. I have cups on the left side of all my T5A's. I carry both on the shoulder, across the back, and across the front w/ barrel down and action on my left hip/side.

As for shooting slung up, just make sure you have atleast one cup on the front left side and your set.

I ut mine in the left side (non-bolt side) only and wonder why all guns are not made this way. It just works.
