How heavy a Berger will 12 twist spin?

I have a Rem 700 12 twist, 26" in length and am wondering how heavy the Bergers will spin and work ok to 1000 yards?

Try the 175s first and then fiddle with the heavier bullets later.

hi the 185's will work if you have a true 12 twist we have a few guys shooting them here to 1200 yards in comps and 12 twist barrels 30" plus long but the 175's will work no problems but give some 185's a try as they are great at long ranges.
