How is Lapua Military 338 brass?

Im looking at buying some once fired off a guy, in black hills boxes. He said the headstamps have the L in the upside down house. From what Ive found, that designates that it is military brass. Is this identical to the commercial stuff? Worth as much?

It's Lapua brass and the "upside down house" is the Lapua shield like on the boxes not a Military designator. It's the same quality and worth the same as regular 1X fired Lapua because that's what it is.

Thanks, Im out of town, couldnt remember what the headstamp of the stuff I had looked like, I couldve sworn it said Lapua on it, now that I saw the picture of what he had though its definitely the same as the commercial stuff.
