Idiots have been wearing masks here since last year. I walked out of a store today and marveled at the sheep walking to or from their cars and sporting a face diaper.
None of the stores have enforced the mask bullshit and it's probably been a 70% sheeple wearing them.
So if they send up the Panic/Fear signals I'd guess there's going to be about the same here

Well, they already have the kids indoctrinated. I see them waiting alone at bus stops or walking to school all masked up. If we're still a nation by the time their generation is running things, I expect it to be an amendment to the Constitution.

A friend works for the city in school maintenance. He came into a local supply store for a part. I told him that the store didn't require a mask. He said that several people have called the city complaining that city employees were not abiding by the mask requirements. So when entering a public building in uniform they were required to wear it or be terminated.
I am AMAZED that people still wear them.
I walked into the supermarket yesterday and some woman at the door asked me if I were vaccinated. I just kept walking...I should have said something but why bother

Reminds me I need to call my dentist for an appointment. I check with them every month or two and ask if they still have their mask requirement, when they say they do I decline the appointment. Eye doctor too. Can't just stop going you have to let them know why.
Either the next one will come at the end of this year or mid next year for the mid terms, or all of those that took this MRNA shot ( because it isn't a vax in anyway) will be the ones that become deathly ill. I have a few more liberal friends who say they lost people to covid, but based on the kill rate of the virus, the probability of this being true on face value is quite low.

My brother-in-law lost his mom to COVID last year, but she also had renal failure......but COVID! Is this the same?
Everyone in our house had COVID. FIL was hospitalized and wife and brothers said no to the vent. He was 91 and had a heart condition (not pumping fluid from his lungs). I was down for a few days and the wife had to be hospitalized for several days. My 86-year-old mother has tested positive twice now, but has yet to exhibit a symptom. My DIL and 6 month-old granddaughter both had it. Cold like symptoms for a few days. Pretty sure I started it. We still don't wear masks.

The chance of death FROM covid is under one percent, but let’s inflate it to 1%, to have 3 close friends die FROM it, calculator says you’d need about 300 close friends, a close friend is someone you see on the regular (like in real life, or at least via phone calls), I don’t think there are enough hours in the day to maintain a honest 300 close friends.
Sucks to lose someone, and my heart goes out to the loss, problem is my logic can’t make sense of one person losing 3 close friends FROM the wuhan flu.
