How much recoil for a 300 WM

I hate breaks. Hate em. Hate to shoot with em, hate to be near them. If you can run a can do that instead. I do realize some people are more recoil sensitive than others so you gotta do what you gotta do, but to me the concussion and noise affects my shooting more than recoil. I suspect more people develop a flinch from blast than recoil, but maybe I'm wrong. As a kid I was shooting a light single shot 12 with slugs and thought thats just how it was to shoot guns lol...

I'm 5' 10" 160lbs and I shoot a Rem 700 Sendero SF II in an ACIS 1.5 without a brake and it doesn't bug me at all. Pushing out 208 A-max's at 2850. My first rifle was a Rem 700 SPS in 308 and that to me is about the same as shooting my 300 WM.
