If you are handy you can do it your self. Just go slow and remove a little at a time.

If the 5R is in the original HS stock, its not as easy as you may think! The HS stock has a aluminum bedding block and will need to be milled for correct depth. Not something I would do with a Dremel.
OP, contact GAP, I think they charge something like $65.

I agree with USMCj, it is certainly not a drop in situation. I'm going to put a H-S Precision DBM assembly on my 5R because of ease and cost. If I ever build a new rifle I would use Badger DBM though.
