Many ways some with tools and some without.
The easy way with no tools.
Fired piece of brass from the rifle. Neck size just the very top of the case mouth with just enough tension to hold the bullet. Push the bullet into the case leaving it long. Chamber the round slowly. Close the bolt. Open the bolt and extract the case not letting the case or bullet hit the receiver when extracting. Measure the OAL and subtract 10 or 20 thou and work from there. You can also blacken the bullet tip and this will show the rifling on the bullet.
Do it a couple of times to be sure you are getting the same measurement.
