How to input canted scope ring value in Applied Ballistics calculator?

i just changed my scope rings to the Burris XTR model with inserts. Per their chart i canted the scope rings to yield 20MOA change. Not sure how to input this change into the Applied Ballistics calculator...appreciate the help.

Zero your scope at 100 yards.
you don’t have to input Scope inclination.
You just gain more elevation in the dial.

If your setup is good you could dial your scope down 20 moa and you should be really close to zero.
