How to link to the last page of a thread from a website?

I'd like to link our match website to the last page of posts on a particular thread. Any way to do that? The "Last" paging link on the thread is just the static url for the last calculated page of the thread at the time.

Any url pattern that takes a thread id & a 'latest' parameter of some sort to jump to the end?
