Suppressors How to make a baffle on a lathe

Knowing how much work that is for each baffle (2 hours each), I feel a lot better about making a silencer than buying one. :) I put about 18 hours of work into my last silencer, it will spend much more time at the range being heated up by the ammo I reload. Making silencers gives me the same satisfaction as loading ammo; times ten.

But I have an idea how you feel. I have a brother who likes silencers but can't be bothered to make them, so I make them for him. He would buy them if I wasn't around to make them for him.
