Rifle Scopes How to reset SWFA SS 3-9x42 turret caps?

Will someone please explain how to reset the turret caps on my SWFA SS 3-9x42 so that after I zero my rifle, the caps read "0" for both elevation and windage? The scope didn't come with a manual.

prolly ought look for some sort of set screw on the cap itself...i don't know of any scope maker that don't have 'em

got the "0". then back off the screw ...align the "0" and hog back the screw.....simple and nearly priceless....now additionally go complete your profile.

slipping the scales is as easy as that texan just described. You may also find the hex screw on the top of the knob.
