How to stop Campaign Texts!

I usually ignore them or ask them to remove me. This was the second time I’ve received a text today, so I thought I would have some fun.
Buddy at work gets them constantly and its great sone of his replies i am thankful to have never gotten one
These piss me off to. I'm forced to spend my time and money to reply saying stop...
I have a call blocker that does great at stopping calls but Id have to use their messaging app to block texts. If anyone knows how to stop these type of texts, I'm all ears too.

I usually send them back the flip off smiley. The usual response is "we'll remove you from our texting list" or similar.

we got a group text together and all sent responses to the number asking for nudes...was pretty epic.

You do realize that they are spam and when you reply, it gets your number put on other spam lists for being a good, active number right? They don't actually work for any campaign, they are just trolling for active numbers.

They have a speedy reply that is not canned for being spam bots. I went back and forth with one last week.

They aren't all spam, we have had the same thing from all political parties in Canada last year with our election. I hate it even when my party texts me randomly. I'm not smart enough to give you an answer on how to stop new numbers... But I doubt you will get a reply if you send your butthole. Dick pics are too obvious. I bet the person receiving a butt hole will study it a bit longer to figure out what it is too
Clearly I'm on a watch list. If I wasn't, I would be in the cool party too.
Very similar to a reply I made, with similar results. But my spam phone calls went up dramatically after that. Also, they then went to near zero after I mentioned it here. Maybe I am just lucky.
