NV compatability has more to do with optical clarity and quality. USO, NF, S&B, Hendsoldt, SWFA SS HD, et al should have no problem using NV devices in front the scope
What exactly do you see with this setup? I'm guessing that you see your black reticle against the green NV image? I ask only because I'm interested in a PS22 type (in front of my day glass-NF3.5-15-50). I was thinking about a D740 or D760 but prefer a reticle over a crosshair for shot placements at various distance. Unless there is a D740 or D760 with a Mil-Dot reticle?
Thanks for the help-
When you turn your lit reticle to the lowest settings it will not be visible to the naked eye even in the dark. This is to be viewed with a monoloc/rear mount nvd. I have only seen 2.5-10x24s like this, but there may be others.

Yes, no issue seeing a black reticle with the PVS-22. For the other poster looking at the PS-22 from ATN. SEVERE POA/POI issues with this system. Just be aware of this. We have done testing along with several other folks verifying these issues. Even though the price may be enticing, you will get what you pay for with this. Hope this helps.
