How True is this graph?

I just came across this graph. Yes, its a few years old, but if we had to compare it to todays costs, would you say the graph is accurate?

Over on the 223 page, it says 500 cases cost $108 and then on the bottom it uses a figure of $0.22 per case. This implies he is not reusing cases.

I reuse cases and I am seeing costs of about what he sees if you subtract out case cost.
