Gunsmithing howa 1500 firing pin

Can someone give me a link or a lesson on how to remove the firing pin from the bolt on my howa 1500?

I am working on seating depths and i want to try something.

If you mean the whole firing pin assembly from the bolt just twist the shroud and all away from the cocking ramp..it jumps out.
