I think what ch'e is hinting at is that your question is highly open-ended. Is there something specific you are looking for regarding the Howas? If not, you might try doing a search or two first. In general, Howas are great rifles and a good platform to build from. In their factory condition, the barrel twist is too slow to take advantage of the long, heavy bullets many of us like to shoot at distance.
