Howa has always been pretty random. Short of asking Brownells I wouldn't trust anyone. I've seen them announce that they were discontinuing a model and then a bunch showed up a few months later. There has also been hit and miss availability on mags. Brownells has a bunch of guns in stock so you could buy one and rebarrel it.
