Howa Ranchland Compact .308 Twist Rate

I am still trying to decide on whether or not to purchase the above rifle for deer hunting this season. I am having problems locating the barrel twist rate for the Ranchland Compact .308. I have found conflicting specs on the net. Does anyone here know if it has a 1/10 twist rate 20"bbl or a 1/12 twist rate 20"bbl?
