Glad to be here. Want to thank you guys for all the info I‘ve gleaned. I‘ve spent some time researching and learning and pulled the trigger on some better equipment recently. I received my vortex viper pst gen2 this week and temp mounted it on my Marlin xl7 30-06, and it is amazing. My first good scope & rings, but the rifle cost a third as much 10+ yrs ago, and still shoots sub moa. Sometimes ya just get lucky. Will move it over to my new bergara b14 hmr 6.5C when it arrives next week. Recently finished my first read of Cleckners’ Long Range Shooting Handbook which inspired me, and reminded me how little I know. So I’ll just be browsing around from time to time, and thanks again.
