Gunsmithing HS Precision Sling Swivel Studs

I have a HS precision M24 stock. The sling swivel studs keep getting loose. I want to secure them. I have both blue & red loctite. I also have some marine tex that I am going to texture the stock with. Which would be best - red/blue loctite or marine tex?

blue so you can take it off if you ever need.
