It's all about personal feel. I love my A5's and I love my HTG. I have gotten rid of all but one of my HS stocks. What is the gun used for?

Long Range hunting and occasional target pract (just to stay refined/dialed and practice).
I have always gone for the tactical feel when it comes to rifles. All three feel good to me so I am mostly just inquiring about performance

Any one of these stocks will work just fine on your gun, and any of the listed stocks will not be the weak point of many shooter/gun setups. So like cheyenne has already mentioned, it is about how it feels to you. Choose the stock that YOU will be comfortable with.

They each have their ups and downs, but regardless...the best stock for YOU can only be determined by YOU. Depending on where you are located (HINT: fill out your profile), there may be some folks around that can assist you in getting behind different rifles equipped with the various stocks you are considering.
Off hand though...for a rifle that is primarily going to be a hunting rifle and occassional range/bench rifle...I'd opt for the HTG.
Again, it all comes down to which one "fits" you the best and is within the amount of weight/size you want to haul around when hunting.

The HTG will, generally speaking, be much lighter than the A5 and the M24. The HTG is also designed as more of a general purpose stock than the others you are considering which are purpose-built tactical rifle stocks. The overall design and reduction in weight of the HTG versus the others would make it a more suitable hunting stock if you are doing a lot of moving around, humping up and down the Appalachian Mountains (since you are in the WV/PA area...you know what I mean), etc. Even a 1lb or so reduction in weight can make a big difference on a hunting rifle you have to haul around with you.

All good stocks. If you are looking at the HTG, then also look at the A1-3. It has a higher comb and I think that makes it a better stock.

I like the bolt-on aspect of the HS with the bedding block. No bedding, no pillars. That said, I have a McM A2, F-Prone, and a Prone that I love.

I have a basic HS pss stock, and thought I needed an adjustable cheek so I orderd a Mcmillan A-5. While I was waiting I decided to try an Eagle stock pack with a couple strips of cut up mouse pad to raise my cheek weld. That is an absolutly bomb proof setup. I was able to cancel my order realizing that I have no need to change my cheek weld. I believe that would be more desirable for guns that may be shared in a PD or other shooter/ spotter senerios. Even if you go with an adjustable stock get an Eagle pack, your face will thank you.

I have an HS stock and think its great, but try out a McMillan they are a completely different type of beast.

McMillan A5 for me. The wide and flat foregrip makes shooting off a rest, large rock, tree limb, etc. easier and more stable. The action and barrel sit low in the stock, and is very stable. The extra thick stock butt padding is nice. I shoot from prone a lot and the butthook is nice for a rear bag.
The McMillian stocks have a rubberized feel to them which is more "grippy" than HS precision stocks, which some like and others don't. I personally like it more, especially in damp or dirty conditions.
But having said all that, if I was using it for hunting and did not shoot prone or bench, and all of them felt equivalent in hand...I would go for the lightest one.
McMillian ADJ M3A would be another consideration, since it sounds like you may not need the butthook.

HS Precision PST 035 on 700 and Mc A5. I like the ruff texture feel if the HS way better than the smooth slick feel on my Mc. Dry cold hands shooting in Alaska on the Mc and its hard to get a good grip where the HS was always grippy. Humid moist hands here in KY the Mc is still slickery.
In my hand, the Mc has better pistol grip ergonomics and palm swell.
Mc recoil pad is not as spongy soft as the HS from the factory. But, I prefer Limsaver and someday may change out the A5.
Front swivel stud on HS became lose real quick using bipod from loading up the bipod. Stayed in but twists and wiggle some. Stud on the A5 is still tight but HS stock has way more abuse and use than the A5: 2000 rounds on the HS Vs 300 on the Mc.
I went with HS first because of the alum block bolt on and quoted 6 weeks shipping which they beat by a week.
HS was $75 maybe more cheaper at the time too, add on no bedding job cost and it was right for me at the time.

Not really a fan of the HS Precision - Had too many issues with them like studs pulling out.
Definately a big McMillan fan - Always had good luck....The A3-5 looks awesome..
