HSM .45 acp?

Had anyone used the HSM jHPs before? Any good? What loads for .45 acp.
I bought 500 230gr JHPs out of desperation but I've never tried them. Thanks

I use Unique on FMJ and JHP 230gr. 7grs. seems to work for me YRMBD.
