I’m buying a Huber trigger. Picked up a cert for $100 off at a Border Wars Match. (Thanks Huber Triggers!) When reading the website, I can buy a single stage for $325, $350 if I want stainless.

A two stage starts at $295 And up to $320 for stainless.

The two stage trigger can be ran as a single stage with a pull weight as low as 1/2 pound.

Why is a two stage that can be run as a single stage, $25 cheaper than a single stage only trigger?

I always go with the two stage set to 2.5. But then I regard every rifle as a rifle suitable for general use. Still I can not see any shots I would make with a lighter trigger than I am making now.

I have a 2 stage Geisselle on an AR and I like that one a lot. I have a single stage on my Tikka and that trigger is also pretty decent, being a factory trigger and all.

I think I'll go two stage and if I don't like it, I can run it as a single stage.

Ive been using a 2 stage for 3 years. when on barricades or anything out of the prone you dont have time to mess with setting your trigger. you only have split sec. to break that shot and with a light single stage its much easier. Also all the top guys that I know run single. Dont get me wrong I love my 2 stage but not for PRS
