Hopefully this will generate more calm discussion than my last post.

Hypnosis is real. I learned to do it around 15. Hypnotized several of my classmates and made them do some strange stuff. One athlete couldnt do push ups until I told him he could. Ended up getting me kicked out of school. LOL Ive had some try it on me to quit smoking years ago, but I couldnt be put under.

Local hypnosis comedian works the area.

Went to one of his shows.

He works the entrance line meeting people as they enter.

I get his gig.

He looks for someone in line that will banter with him and that person gets the call to stage.

He judges there acting ability on the way in and uses it to his advantage in the show.

Now clinical setting, perhaps using some appropriate RX, and implanting suggestion into a skull, there may be something there.
