i have to wonder if its feasible to chamber in 284 win

I've been told that it is one of the hardest chamberings to get running in an AR, so I've stayed away from it. X-Caliber will make you a DPMS pattern barrel in .284, but they specifically waive any function or reliability claims.

The upr is bolt action.yet as far as I know upr has never chambered for 284win. Would the mag even work with a 284 cartridge?

With bullets the .284W deserves it's truly a long action cartridge.

not really thinking about shooting F class matches with a UPR ,
