I'm not a lawyer, but I wonder how strong the case is if one or more of the plaintiffs didn't bother to make the motions to get re-posted elsewhere after the layoff notification.

I agree that too much work goes overseas. Sitting there sometimes, while my wife is on a conference call, it occurs to me that she is one of the few non-foreign outsourced parties on the call.

I'm used to deciphering Desi accents, but even some of this stuff just beats my ears in.
