Rifle Scopes I need a quick opinion on 2 scopes

I have spotted 2 scopes for sale, and probably need to move on one before it sells.
One is a leupold VX III 6.5-20x40 LR.
The other is a Bushnell 4200 6-24x50 Tactical.

Both are simarly priced.

After reading several posts lately about Leupold quality slipping this isn't as easy to decide as it once was.
