Gunsmithing I need help with a Rem 700 barrel install

I need to have a factory barrel put on a left hand 700 action ASAP. I am doing this as a gift for a friend for Elk season that starts in 4 weeks. Every gunsmith in town is 2 to 3 months out.
It is a 30-06 barrel and will need to be cut and re-chambered and head spaced. Is there anyone that can help me out?

You can bring it to me at high mountain hunting supply in wenatchee i can have it back to you in about a week or less
