I need help with Steiner Military 3-12 downward point of impact adjustment, it doesn't seem to be possible after zero stop is set,(can't re zero-(downward) and adjust for a new point of impact for a new rifle/base ring setup or different ammo) or is it?

My concern is the different rifles/rings,base setup and ammo I plan on using with the scope.

Thanks in advance.

The zero stop is a mechanical stop. If you have to move your zero down, loosen set screws, turn knob 180 degrees, tighten set screws, zero, loosen set screws, return knob to zero, tighten set screws. Hope this helps.
