The Norma is the closest to spec I've found, everything else seems to be on the small side.

Do you have a piece you can measure just ahead of the web? say, .200 from the base?

If you are fitting brass to an existing chamber, 30-06 might be easier to find. Just neck it down...

Good luck, a couple years ago I tried the same thing and gave up. I still have some RWS 270 Win brass that I found. It is small too.
