We received bonus checks today at UCSF. The higher ups decided to use attendance for their criteria. So the guy that shows up everyday and walks around doing nothing but flirting with nurses made more than I did! I train the staff work @ 1 hour extra a day to assist others and constantly picks up additional projects.,
