I re barreled my Short gas system DSA Para Elite with a STG58 21 inch barrel and standard gas system.
I re cut the crown on the barrel with a 11 degree cutter the re shaped the muzzle break on a lathe, I gave it a contour that looked better, then duracoated the barrel
took it to the range today, temporarily mounted a scope on it, functions on #4 gas setting, I am using the short gas tube.
accuracy with American Eagle 168 OTM was between .5 and .75 at 100 yards 3 shot groups I shot 2 groups to confirm... Not bad for a FAL
