Until I stopped by a couple sporting goods stores yesterday, and even an out of the way hardware store that I "thought" might have been overlooked in the panic.

Nope, they've all been hit, and while one place had lots of pistol ammo and shotgun shells, in general there are a lot of gaps on the shelves that hold the reloading components. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir.

Checking some other boards on the net, if you're out of certain components you better dig up your gold bullion, or get out the vaseline and prepare to get royally screwed. I'm sure this will pass, manufacturers will ramp up and eventually catch up with the frenzy. It may be a few months to a year though.

I remember the last primer shortage and AWB, but man this is ridiculous! For now though, any stuff I decide is surplus I'll put in the WTT section and get some shit I can use

Make sure anything that you sell or trade you can live without. The internet age has changed the "mom and pop." Anyone with a garage and an internet connection can have a "store front-" and you really don't need the garage. Now, anytime you drop in to a real brick and mortar store, you are competing with the rest of the world for stock. For most of us, there really isn't such a thing as "that quaint little store that no one knows about..."
