I would like to build from this combo set....thoughts

It will be a scoped "precision" rifle 20" or 22" barrel suppressed. Thinking 6mm Creedmoor barrel from Proof. Look at the specs, it comes with a lot of stuff for the price! If anyone has one or has experience let me know what you think. Thank you.

Well I mean I'm going with that one anyways......those others are fine. This one just looks nice and is currently in the "can afford" section of my bank account! Just wondering who else might have built one from the same.

MEGA is the name of the game in quality 308 receiver sets, include a charging handle and are cheaper than that unhead of receiver set you posted above. Good luck

A Rainier set is ~10 bucks more, CMT is ~60 bucks less, MEGA is, what ~100 bucks more. If you're on that tight of a budget look at the Aero sets. Going with that set also means you're stuck using only their uppers, no other DPMS pattern uppers will work with that receiver cut.

It really looks like a Seekins nock-off (trigger guard, magwell, etc.) design, not familiar with them, let us know how it works out in your build!

Yeah, I will and it's not a budget build really other than its not if I had the money for the others I'd still get this one. Maybe I can form an opinion for the next guy that asked.

I have seen a few ascend sets. My local dealer made a deal with them when they first started and a few months later Rainer arms picked them up. Rainer got exclusive rights to them except and exclusion for my buddy. That was Asends way of say thanks for helpping him get started and also not screw over his first dealer to make a bigger deal with Rainer.
There stuff seems to be top tier quality. With ambidextrous everything including take down/ pivot pins.
