A brief summary,
I order a Nickel Boron bolt carrier (stripped) from a vendor that was sold by Ice Arms (icearms.us) and received said part. As it was stripped (no gas key) I called and got a return call from Colin (owner) and explained that I had bought this and needed to buy the key, and asked if the key came with fasteners. He says to send an e-mail with my info and he will ship one at no charge! I say great and fire off an e-mail. As I am expecting a key, I buy another one on the same website that is complete, given the prompt response and the fact that Colin is taking care of the customer (me). I get my second carrier....still no key. Website says to get in touch with Richard ([email protected]) as Colin is sick. Send e-mail and was asked to make an account on their website and on would be shipped out to me...
Still no carrier key. I cannot get anyone to return my calls or e-mail. I have always been polite and to the point as to what the issue was, and simply asked that someone let me know if this will or will not ship. As far as I am concerned, they can all eat a bag of shit. All of this over a 20.00 part that I offered to buy. Do some internet searches on you will see that they will put themselves out of business in short order, given the business practices employed. I ordered from another company (Brownells) and will have my key in 4 days.
Buyer Beware!!!
I have e-mails from IceArms if someone from that company would like to address this issue (doubtful)
