The May SW Idaho PPTR match will be held Sunday, 05 May at Parma R&G . The sign-up time will begin at 9:00am and the match will begin around 9:30am. The cost is $15.00/shooter and the round count will be a maximum of 70. Just as an reminder there is a caliber limit of .323 or 8 mm and a maximum velocity of 3100 fps for the weapon of your choice. Both gas and bolt action weapons are welcome. Again this month, there will be some movement during this match so bring a pack or bag to carry your gear.

All shooters participating are automatically registered in the PRS "Club Series" for 2013.

STAGE 1 100m BULLSEYE
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the paper target at the 100m berm. The target will be scored in relation to the scoring rings. The shooter starts on their weapon with their magazine loaded and bolt open. Stage is fired as a volley.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 3
SCORING: 10 points for 10 ring, 9 points for 9 ring, 8 points for 8 ring, etc.………….
TIME: 30 seconds with 60 seconds prep

STAGE 2 300m BULLSEYE
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the paper target at the 300m berm. The target will be scored in relation to the scoring rings. The shooter starts on their weapon with their magazine loaded and bolt open. Stage is fired as a volley.

STAGE 3 300m MOA
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the paper targets at the 300m berm. The target will be scored in accordance to group size. The shooter starts on their weapon with their magazine loaded and bolt open. Stage is fired as a volley. All three rounds must be evident on target to be scored.

POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 0 (Scored from shots of stage 2)
SCORING: 30 points for ½ MOA, 20 points for 1 MOA, 10 points for 2MOA
TIME: 30 seconds with 60 seconds prep

STAGE 4 385m BULLSEYE
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the paper target at the 385m berm. The target will be scored in relation to the scoring rings. The shooter starts on their weapon with their magazine loaded and bolt open. Stage is fired as a volley.

STAGE 5 385m MOA
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the paper targets at the 385m berm. The target will be scored in accordance to group size. The shooter starts on their weapon with their magazine loaded and bolt open. Stage is fired as a volley. All three rounds must be evident on target to be scored.

POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized

SCORING: 30 points for ½ MOA, 20 points for 1 MOA, 10 points for 2MOA

STAGE 6 STANDING 200M
DESCRIPTION: The shooter engages the 1/2 IDPA on the 200m berm. The shooter starts with their rifle in hand with magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Standing, a sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 10 point/hit
TIME: 60 seconds with 60 seconds prep time

STAGE 7 AMMO CAN 200-300M
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage two targets from the top of a ammo can sequentially from closest to farthest. One target will be a mini popper at 200m and the other a 6” popper at 300m. The shooter starts on their weapon magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Prone, a bipod, shooting sticks, sling, rear bag or any other equipmentmay not be utilized.
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 10 point/hit
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 8 500m 12- 6
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage 4 swingers 12”, 10”, 8” and 6” from largest to smallest on the 500m berm. The shooter will not move to the next target until the previous is hit .The shooter will start from the standing position behind their weapon, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5, all shots are to be utilized
SCORING: 10 point/hit
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds group prep.

STAGE 9 BARRACADE TRANSITION 300M
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage 66% IDPA hostage target at the 300m berm using the barricade in three different positions. The shooter will not move to the next position until a hit positive scoring from the previous position is obtained. The shooter will start from the standing position, weapon in hand, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5, all shots are to be utilized
SCORING: 10 point/hit, -10 point/hit hostage
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 10 TRAP HOUSE 2 TOP
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage the two 10” swingers at approx. 650 yds. sequentially from left to right from behind or on top of Trap House #2. The shooter will start standing behind the trap house with weapon in hand, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 10 point/hit
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 11 800YD STEEL
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage one or both the 800 yard steel plates. All shots must be called prior to firing. The shooter will start from their chosen position, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 5 point/hit on large steel, 10 points /hit on small steel
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 12 900YD STEEL
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage one or both the 900 yard steel plates. All shots must be called prior to firing. The shooter will start from their chosen position, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 5 point/hit on large steel, 10 points /hit on small steel
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 13 1000YD STEEL
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage one or both the 1000 yard steel plates. All shots must be called prior to firing. The shooter will start from their chosen position, magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 5 point/hit on large steel, 10 points /hit on small steel
TIME: 60 seconds with 30 seconds prep.

STAGE 14 LR TRANSITION
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage the steel plates at 800, 900 and 1000 yards fired from closest to farthest. After a target is hit the shooter must move to the next farthest target. After targets have been hit at each distance the shooter may engage any target at any range. All shots must be called prior to firing. The shooter will start from their chosen position with magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized
ROUND COUNT: 5
SCORING: 5 point/hit on large steel, 10 points /hit on small steel
TIME: 90 seconds including prep.

STAGE15 HEADS UP 385M
DESCRIPTION: The shooter will engage the 2 double swingers behind the 385m berm sequentially. The shooter starts standing behind their weapon on the firing line with their magazine loaded and bolt open.
POSITION: Any position, a bipod, pack, rear bag and sling may be utilized

SCORING: 10 point/hit
